FAQ - Schockemoehle Online

HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT THE HORSES ARE HEALTHY?

All horses were clinically examined before receiving the approval of specialised veterinarians. The veterinary inspection reports are uploaded as PDF files for each horse plus their x‑rays. You can also contact the veterinarian.

CAN I ALSO SEE THE STALLIONS?

Theoretically, the stallions can be seen. Please contact and make arrangements through the Deckstation Paul Schockemöhle.

IF I HAVE MORE SPECIFIC QUESTIONS ABOUT THE HORSES, WHO CAN I CONTACT?

Please feel free to contact us by phone during business hours, send an email to the Deckstation Paul Schockemöhle (deckstation@schockemoehle.com) or use the contact form on this website.

IF I HAVE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL QUESTIONS/PROBLEMS, WHO CAN I CONTACT?

Please feel free to contact ClipMyHorse.TV Auctions BV by e‑mail support@clipmyhorse.tv or by phone: +31(0)10 — 742 18 12.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE TIME IS ALMOST UP AND I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO SUBMIT ANOTHER COUNTERBID?

The end of the auction for each horse is automatically extended by 5 minutes after the last bid. This means that if I bid at 14:59 for the catalogue number 1, which automatically ends at 15:00, the end of the auction of the catalogue number 1 will be postponed by 5 minutes to 15:04 etc. This postponement will not influence the end of the auction candidate number 2 at 15:05.

WHEN DO I FIND OUT IF I WAS THE LAST BIDDER?

Directly after the end of the auction of each horse, you will be informed by e‑mail.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE HORSE?

The Deckstation Paul Schockemöhle will contact you on Monday after the auction for the invoice and payment. The bidder will receive the invoice indicating the price with the commission fee (6%) and value-added tax.

HAT HAPPENS TO THE HORSE AFTER THE AUCTION AND WHO BEARS THE RISK?

With conclusion of the purchase contract, the risk shall be passed on to the purchaser in accordance with paragraph 446 of the German Civil Code, even if the horse initially remains under the care of the organiser.

The auctioned horse must be picked up by the purchaser within a period of 3 working days (excluding Saturdays) after the purchase at the location simultaneously against payment of the purchase price or against advance payment and will be, until then, kept and looked after by the organiser free of charge.

WHEN AND WHERE DOES THE HANDOVER OF THE HORSES TAKE PLACE?

The auctioned horse must be picked up by the purchaser within a period of 3 working days (excluding Saturdays) after the purchase at the location simultaneously against payment of the purchase price or against advance payment and will be, until then, kept and looked after by the organiser free of charge.
